Why Join the Collective?

The Collective creates opportunities for these organizations to connect with one another, increase their visibility, and access resources that support their continued growth and impact.
By joining the Collective, your organization can:

· Connect with organizations serving similar populations or working in related areas
· Identify potential partners for collaboration, funding, and shared learning
· Share your organization’s expertise, resources, and opportunities
· Become part of a network committed to advancing community-defined health equity
After you submit your application, the Collective team will review the information provided and contact you if any additional details are needed.
Once approved, your organization’s profile will be added to the Find a Partner directory based on the visibility and contact preferences you selected. You can then begin connecting with other organizations and exploring opportunities across the Collective.
