A community-defined evidence practice designed to reduce mental health disparities among Cambodian immigrants and refugees through culturally and linguistically responsive services. The program combines outreach and education, educational workshops, strength-based case management, and social and spiritual activities delivered by bilingual and bicultural Community Health Workers.
