MGFSP is helping states and territories increase the amount of locally grown food in food insecure communities. FMPP funds projects to increase access to locally and regionally produced agricultural products by providing outreach, training, and technical assistance to domestic farmers markets, roadside stands, community-supported agriculture programs, agritourism activities, online sales, and other direct producer-to-consumer markets.
“To protect the health and value of American agriculture and natural resources.”
