The Cone Health Foundation Health Equity Advocacy Grant supports advocacy and systems-change initiatives addressing the root causes of health inequities in the greater Greensboro, North Carolina, area. Funding will support organizations building community power, strengthening civic participation, elevating residents with lived experience, and advancing equitable policies related to healthy food, quality healthcare, economic mobility, education, and safe and healthy housing. Eligible applicants must serve greater Greensboro residents and demonstrate experience in community engagement, organizing, advocacy, policy, or systems-change work.

$10K – $100K
