The PCORI funding opportunity supports high-impact, patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research focused on improving health outcomes for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or rare diseases. Proposed studies may examine approaches to healthcare access, care transitions, physical and mental health, symptom management, care coordination, health promotion, and caregiver well-being.
