The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation will fund one organization or consortium to serve as a national network-weaver for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the health professions. The selected grantee will connect leaders, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, professional associations, students, advocates, and community partners to strengthen relationships, coordinate strategies and communications, and support shared learning and collective action. The initiative is intended to address structural and institutional barriers affecting representation, belonging, leadership, advancement, and accountability throughout health professions education and healthcare.
