Environmental Health Internship
The Environmental Health program in the Center for Public Health Policy offers interns an opportunity to work on priority issues impacting the public’s health, including environmental health systems, water quality and security, environmental justice and health equity.

Public Health Policy Internship
Public health policy interns work primarily with staff in the Center for Public Health Policy (Center) and receive hands-on experience and insight into the integration of science, policy and practice in public health. The Center aims to influence public policy at all levels of government and within the private sector, and to serve as a catalyst for positive change.
The Native American Research Internship
The goal of the internship is to support the academic, career, and personal development of Native American students who are interested in Health Science careers.
Summer Program for Undergraduate Rising Stars
The annual internship program is designed to expand the pool of medical and biomedical research applicants from diverse and economically disadvantaged groups whose members have been underrepresented in medicine and biomedical research, including African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, and Pacific Islanders.
Summer HIV/AIDS Research Program
SHARP is an innovative 12-week paid summer mentored internship and learning experience designed to inspire students from underrepresented communities to pursue further studies and careers in public health-oriented clinical, socio-behavioral, and community-focused research.
Title V MCH Internship Program
Student teams undertake health transformation projects identified by state MCH agencies, providing the students with real-world maternal and child health experience and providing states with the opportunity to both acculturate the future workforce and to benefit from the new knowledge and skills of current trainees.
Global Hart Internship
The Global Heart Internship Program is fully remote and
built for future leaders in global health and the nonprofit
world. It’s designed to fit into a busy schedule, with a
weekly commitment of about 10 to 15 hours. A mix of grad students, recent grads, and career-changers diving into global health, GH
interns are proactive, hands-on learners who thrive in a team setting and genuinely want to
make an impact in one of the following areas:
