It serves communities across the United States, U.S. territories, and freely associated states, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and communities outside the United States and its territories.
The Cencora Impact Foundation, formerly known as the AmerisourceBergen Foundation, supports nonprofit organizations working to improve health and expand access to healthcare in the United States and internationally. The Foundation focuses on reducing barriers to care in the United States and helping patients in underserved communities, disaster zones, and other unstable circumstances access essential medicines and health services. Its grantmaking also supports healthcare infrastructure, emergency response, nonprofit capacity building, and collaboration among community partners.

The Wildhorse Foundation supports nonprofit, government, and Tribal organizations serving the homeland of the Cayuse, Umatilla, and Walla Walla people in northeastern Oregon and southeastern Washington. Its primary giving area includes Morrow, Umatilla, Union, and Wallowa counties in Oregon; most of Benton, Columbia, and Walla Walla counties in Washington; and the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. The Foundation also considers eligible Native American organizations based in Oregon and national or regional Indian organizations.
