Sierra Health Foundation
Sierra Health Foundation supports organizations and community-driven efforts that advance health, racial equity, and racial justice across 26 counties in Northern California. Its funding region encompasses primarily rural and urban communities from the Sacramento and San Joaquin areas to the northern and eastern portions of the state, including eastern Solano County. The Foundation invests in initiatives addressing health disparities, economic opportunity, climate and environmental health, policy and systems change, and other social conditions that influence health and quality of life. Through The Center at Sierra Health Foundation, it also collaborates with partners and supports initiatives throughout California, with a particular focus on the San Joaquin Valley.
