The purpose of this program is to develop and establish new Community Behavioral Health Clinics to address gaps in behavioral health services and improve the wellbeing of persons with mental health and substance use disorders.
The purpose of this program is to support a comprehensive, public health, and evidence-based approach for colleges and universities that: improves access to behavioral health services for all college students, including those at risk for suicide, depression, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders that can lead to school failure; prevents and reduces suicide, mental health and substance use disorders; promotes student help-seeking behaviors and reduces stigma; improves the identification and treatment of at-risk college students.
The purpose of the NCTSI-III program is to create and operate Community Treatment and Service Centers to increase and deliver access to effective childhood trauma treatment services for children, youth, and their families, who experience traumatic events.
The purpose of the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health program is to develop or enhance evidence-based programs that promote social-emotional development and address mental health needs among infants and young children.
The Foundation will prioritize funding for programs that improve maternal/infant health, target disparities, address social needs, and remove barriers to care throughout the pregnancy journey—from pre-conception support to postnatal care for mothers and babies. The programs should drive specific, measurable maternal/infant health outcomes.
The Foundation will prioritize funding for programs that improve clinical health outcomes for individuals with diet-related conditions and increase access to nutritious foods for populations experiencing food/nutrition insecurity.
The Foundation will prioritize funding for programs that increase the number of individuals receiving treatment for mental health (MH) and/or substance use disorders (SUD), support prevention and early-intervention strategies, and seek to reduce loneliness among individuals with these disorders.
The purpose of this program is to sustain and enhance services at existing Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs). This includes serving individuals across the lifespan with or at risk for mental health and/or substance use disorders (SUDs). CCBHCs are community-based clinics that offer coordinated, evidence-based outpatient services, including crisis services, while also enhancing access for anyone in need and coordinating care to mitigate gaps in care.
This fellowship supports master’s-level psychology students preparing to provide mental health services to transition-age youth ages 16 through 25 and their families.
This fellowship supports graduate students committed to improving access to culturally responsive care for underserved communities affected by mental health or co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.
